Suicide rear doors were invented to reduce too much weight hanging on the car’s B post. A lot of hot rodders, custom cars and low riders have been using suicide door hinges for their units. Before, producing such doors meant a lot of hard work on the manufacturer’s part. However, new technologies have already been developed, enabling easier installment of suicide hinge doors.
